This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Food is so good! Pannag Curry & Combination Fried Rice. Service is nice and quick! We dined in. Large portions served in takeaway containers. We will be back!

been ordering from here for a long time. it's a neighborhood staple. There are many Thai restaurants now but I always order here when I'm craving. the Mussamun curry is like crack lol. it hasn't changed much throughout the years which most of us know can happen frequently at our favorite restaurants. Nice family as well. Don't let these great family run restaurants go away.

Usually when they say βbest in townβ itβs more of an aspirational saying or itβs a really small town. Poom really earns that title. Itβs almost aggressively unassuming. But all the signatures on the walls are proof that people have greatly enjoyed eating there. Poom the man himself seated me and helped me pick out the spicy mint noodles. I could not have been more pleased. I think its magical that it was served on a plate that looks like I would have found it in my grandmaβs cupboard. I recommend everyone try this place. And donβt forget to bring a marker!

This restaurant popped out on google when we were in search of a late night bite. We arrived after 11pm. Parking was easy since all street meters were turned off. The outside of the entrance is welcoming and whimsical with its painted flowers and live plants peeking through the glass windows. The inside of the restaurant looks like a mini jungle with walls covered in βgraffitiβ, buddha statues and Thai art. We were seated right away, seating is limited though. Customer service is great. The main cook even came out to greet us. My friends ordered a dumpling soup and pad see ew. They were both happy with their orders and implied that the food was really good. I ordered veggie spring rolls. They were good, nothing out of the ordinary. I would like to go back to order an actual veggie plate. If you are in the area, try them out.

The food is fresh and decent. The Veggie Tom Kha soup was nice but little salty and strangely did not have bell peppers or other veggies - just mushrooms and Tofu. The Tofu also was too soft and crumbly. The red veggie curry was more yellow but tasted decent with rice. Service was slow but that's ok as I could see the food was being freshly made right in front of us. Rest everything is bare bones with every inch of the wall covered with customer scribbles and assorted plants. More of a take out place rather than sit in. Nice thing is it's open late till 1am and the folks are friendly. Not really cheap but not too expensive either. Had more expectations from what looked like an authentic Thai hole in the wall restaurant. Won't go back for sit in dining especially for veggie menu items.
